Hello!

I'm chilling with Minnie right now and she's just kinda laying next to me with her hind legs stretched out. Is this kinda like flopping in rabbits or a cause for concern?

Guinea pigs can flop when they are really relaxed. We call legs sticking out 'chicken or chooken legs'.

However, belly flopping in hot and humid weather can also be a symptom of overheating/heat stroke.
Please read the information in this link here: Hot Weather Management and Heat Strokes

Oh that's probably a "chooken-leg" if she's flopped out with cute little feet stuck out! That's usually a sign of a very happy relaxed piggy, search the forum for "chooken" and you can see all our piggies doing that. You should really try find a way to keep her, it sounds like she's very happy with you!

Now that I look at the article that was linked in pretty sure she's fine. I just gave her her veggies and she gobbled them down as per usual. She's also up and running around.

It's a little toasty in my room (definitely not more than 75F) as my room doesn't have great temp control/air conditioning but she had a fan over her at the time and the cool air vent is basically right over her cage.

Awww.... yes, they will flop or stretch out when they are comfortable and relaxed. Not all pigs do it, but many do at least some of the time.

My guinea pig has gone floppy too, but I am worried because he has never done that before, and I have only been a guinea pig owner for a month.
