it is always best if you can get them inside or some sort of shed but if thats not possible they can live outside as long as the hutch is kept warm and insulated, there are loads of tips if you look around the site
I keep mine inside to be safe, but people have kept them outside all year successfully. A hutch cover, lots of bedding and a snuggle safe heat pad is advised if they are staying out. xx
