No, I think that should do - it's more fun to change and add later, once you've got your piggies and know them better!

That looks like a very cosy house, only thing I can spot that might be a problem is where the water bottle is placed, is the gap down the side of the house big enough for them to squeeze through to get to it?

The water bottle might need to moved a little out of the corner, with the fresh food there they might not see it. Otherwise i think it looks lovely. If you're anything like me you'll be doing home improvements on a regular basis, my piggies go crazy with excitement when I change things around for them once in a while.

Other than the water bottle others have suggest needs moving i would add, a bigger cage. Boars need alot of space. Toilet roll tubes are a must in my cage's Piggys love them and its recycling for you. I would love to see some cosy's, tunnels and wooden toys too. Toys do not need to be expensive, my cages are full of carboard box's and toilet roll tubes, kitchen towel tubes, sheets of newspaper for them to nibble and drag about also work.

As a first timer my cage was almost like yours to, so dont be offended by my post.

Hi popcorn paradise, this cage is only for night time they have a 4 x 2 foot 2 storey hutch for the day time, plus plenty of time with me and my son in the front room
dont worry not offended!
