Do I definitely have a boy?

My young boar who is around 4 months old is quite podgy. He does eat loads and his belly is looking roly. Is he definitely a boar? I have four other boars and have always been able to tell they're male from them being little babies but this baby's round belly is making me anxious.

The picture is very blurry but the general conformation is that of a boar whose testicles are in the process of descending, which for me is the clincher for being able to sex from that kind of picture.
Sows don't have that kind of large 'swelling' between the legs which is going get more pronounced over the coming weeks..

Thank you everyone. SamPig is growing really quickly and his body fat is evening out now. He had quite the belly before! He eats and eats and eats. I'm not entirely sure he knows when to stop!
