one thing I was never sure about but one of my piggies honey every now and again seems to bleed from her genital region she was pregnant when I got her but sadly she miscarried there was a lot of blood but every now and then it happenes again but only a little she is my only nearly completely white Guinea pig so i notice it on her but it doesnt seem to happen with the other 2 females I havent had amy long enough to find out is this any concern or is it normal? she seems to be in perfect health and always has been

In general piggies don't bleed when in heat, but I've heard a number of times of guinea pigs that, for no more than 12-24 hours and only once in a while, will seem to lose a few drops of bloood from the genitals.

Renal/bladder issues such as cystitis and stones should always be ruled out, and keeping an accurate record of exactly when and for how long the sow bleeds for, should help with figuring out what's going on with her.

the last couple of times its been every 3 months roughly and it lasts for about 1 to 2 days she dont seem bothered by it though thats why I'm not really concerned the other females are fine with her also

Guineas come into heat once every 2 weeks, roughly.
If it were cystitis, it would have got progressively worse and wouldn't occur as randomly as is the case.

Certainly worth keeping notes on it, make sure you list date and duration - hopefully if you see a pattern you have more of a basis to discuss it with a knowledgeable vet or rodentologist.

Does the blood seem 'pure' or dilute?

dilute its more of a pinky type colour I thought she might have had a problem due to miscarrying

The cycle occurs every 15-17 days and lasts for about 6-11 hours.
