I just gave my guineapigs some lettuce, one female eats a bit faster than the other so she often goes to try and take veg off the other one. Today though, the slower muncher turned round and squirted something from her rear in fast muncher's face! Is this normal for lady pigs? Should I be worried?

My girls occasionally do this when they are racing around the floor time pen. If one gets too close the other will spray them.
Delightful little things aren't they?

This gave me a chuckle, it's perfectly normal. My girls wouldn't know how to bicker without a bit of pee to the face :)) It's the way they react with shock when they've been sprayed that I can't help but laugh at "Eurgh did you really just do that?!" with some head shaking and then it's off for a wash XD It's their way of saying "go away", such sweethearts!

Yes, it's normal. They are kind of saying "Pee off!" in a very literal way!
