sorry this maybe a very silly question but as my boars have been fighting how high would you make the division between them, i ask this as i have seen choco jump really high to get out the way of Foxy and my mum said what if they got into each other, now i am panicing as the height choco jumped was higher than a c & c grid. Will go out and buy materials tomorrow but to make it double height will require lots of grids as have to have a lid due to a cat and got 4 boars to divide so do you think I'm being paranoid or do you think it needs to be double height.

I personally think it will be fine, i really don't think they'll be able to jump the height of a standard C&C grid. Hope this helps!

thank you knew i was being paranoid just wanted reassurance, he only jumped that high due to adrenalin I'm sure as he is a right fat lazy lump normally.

Oh hang on...you said he has jumped it before?! Crikey! How did he manage that? I think my piggies could manage half of that height but no more, but I guess all piggies are different? Hummm, i still don't think they could but hopefully more people will give their opinions and we'll see what they think!

Sorry! That post isn't very helpful mallethead

If you have lids, you shouldn't need high divider. Since he can't get passed the lid anyways, right? Since the lid will be resting on top of the divider.

that is correct i never thought of that i have not got lids at the minute as had to use all my grids as dividers making four pens so the door is kept shut to keep the cat out,

once i make a lid it will be fine they wont be able to jump out, i was panicing last night as i realised how nasty a guinea pig fight was and did not want them getting at each other.

thank you for all your help cant believe how dense i was of course the lid will stop them :(|)
