Hi Guys :),

at the minute I am on making new cage liners for my piggies!, and for the time being I will be using disposable bedding does anyone have any good recommendations, preferably something I can buy instore rather than online, I have tried care fresh but find it a bit smelly after 1/2 days, so any recommendations will be highly appreciated,

thanks :)

care fresh is not smelly ! I think that's the best to use then saw-dust ! but then I clean my out twice daily !
But care fresh bedding soak up not like any other product !

We use wood pellets, they are awesome! A 20kg bag lasts us at least 2 weeks ,and we have nice thick bed that is spot cleaned every day, plus a full clean every week/10 days.
Just soak the pellets in a bit of warm water so they fluff up and Bob's your mothers brother, nice fluffy, sweet smelling and very absorbant bed for the tiddly peeps! x

only order online so not sure what is in stores. but can highly recommend fitch, or a mix of fitch and finacard :)

I use a paper bedding called Living World Fresh N' Comfy. I have found it absorbs better than Carefresh, which is what I used to use. I really don't get an odor from it. I'm not sure if it's available where you are, as I'm in Canada.

re Obiose bedding know it is a 1000 to one chance but l had a pig that eat it and died due to a intestanal distress
his poos went realy long , and l meen long (have photos) and the he died,
vet did autopsy and a piece of the bedding had welded itself to ta section of the small intestine
