That's me.

As you know, Reg has been terrible with the drinking etc recently and I haven't heard from him since xmas.

So I emailed this bloke. Let's call him X (to make it sound more interesting) to see if he would come for a drink. I gave him my text number. This was on Sunday. No text. No email

maybe you should stick to dating women, find yourself some girl who is caring, sensitive, loves guinea pigs, doesnt go out drinking til 3 AM and who doesnt mind you leaving cosmetics all over the bathroom.

if I hadnt found my future hubby, I think I would have. Girls are the way to go.
 
It is the right email because i have used it before, and he did respond once ;D

It is someone from the hospital, but not my dept ;D

The thing is I still want Reg back. This other person is just me being stupid i guess and - shock! - he's younger than me. I never go for younger blokes. He probably thinks he's got a crazy old duck after him ;D that's a first for me ;D

Does he work in the gall bladder department? Hubby had a scan at hosp yesterday and he has a full gall bladder (uurgh, sorry, too much info) but he'll be having it out soon - I could ask him to keep a look out for X and drop some hints!

You're not having a good day today are you - was the seagull woopsie episode today.

It'll be better tomorrow. :)
 
Ahh babe don't worry too much. he probably hasn't replied yet cos he doesn't want to appear too keen. I remember from my young days that if you met a guy at the weekend and he said "i'll ring you in the week" it would always be on a Weds so that they don't seem too keen but made sure you hadn't made plans for the next weekend yet. Does that still happen?
 
What is it with blokes called Reg? ;) Lucinda I think that you should just pounce next time you see X & show him what experience can do!
