Dirty Ears

Hi, i was giving the pigs a wee check over today and noticed inside there ears is a bit dirty and waxy. Not an exessive amount but just wondering if there is way of cleaning ears safely? I've never tried or thought of it before because i know how delicate the area is but is it safe to leave them? Just wondering if this could give ear problems in the long run?

Very useful! Thank you! I won't be bathing Biscuit due to a URI but can i clean her ears or is it best to wait. Her snivelly nose is long gone but she still has a couple days of meds left.

Her symptons are gone but still got a couple days til the her course of meds are done.That should be the end of it then but i'm keeping an eye on her to be safe.
