Hi everyone,

Can guinea pigs eat dill on a daily basis?

No, not daily. It is slightly higher in calcium than some other herbs.
I put dill and parsley in the same category - once or twice a week but no more. If I am going to give parsley or dill, then I don’t feed anything else with higher levels of calcium (kale, spinach etc)in during the same week.

Ah okay because I bought some today, but they have already had kale, Parlsey and coriander this week..I know it’s bad. They haven’t had it all at the same time but yeah maybe wait till next week

Yeah possibly best to wait as kale and parsley are both high calcium

Coriander can be given every day

Coriander everyday?
My Finn and Lara get sick of coriander and other herbs when I give it to them everyday. So for my piggies, I rotate and give them different herbs, veggies, and fruits.

The only veggie I give them everyday is romaine lettuce. They will always eat romaine lettuce everyday and I don’t know why but they get sick of others when given daily.

Mine are happy to eat everything, but I have noticed that Ernie isn’t to keep on orange peppers for some reason. He does eat them, but I think he prefers the others
