I read online that wood shavings were more absorbent but that was on a horse site. Has anyone tried both? Or is anyone using one for their piggies and it's working well?
Thank you xx

Anyone? Sorry, it's just that I was going to order new bedding tonight x

I use snowflake softchip. It's small wood chips as opposed to shavings. It's soft under bare foot when the rabbits decide to kick it all over the shed floor! ;)

Is it easy to spot clean? Have you ever used the shavings? xx

I used to use normal shavings until I was advised about the soft chip by my patrol partner whose daughter uses it in her horses stable. It is dead easy for spot cleaning as it doesn't spread all over the place. I use a dustpan and brush to pat the chips into a firm but soft surface for my furries to walk on. ;)

Sounds good! I'll try some of that then. Where's the best place to order from? x

My local pet shop orders mine for me. Google local stockists. ;)
