Hallo, how long diet my piggy need after bloat (no antibiotics)? which first food i may start feed her ? and how much of this food?

The diet needs to consist mainly of hay (this is normal for any guinea pig). 80% of the food intake needs to be hay.
You can then feed 50g/1 cup of veg per day and one tablespoon of pellets.
After bloat its best to start very slowly - one sprig of a herb such as coriander, for example, for a few days to see how things go. You can then add in another type of veg after a few days and monitor. What you dont want to do is give lots of veg at one time as the gut needs time to settle.
However, some piggies are more prone to bloat than others and you will need to monitor the situation closely as there may be one type of veg which is more likely to set bloat off for your piggy.
Avoid veg such as broccoli, cabbage (brassicas) as they can cause gas.
