Is diarrhoea an emergency? I've had guineas with upset tummies before, but not on the scale I've seen with Luna today. I know it's her because her underside is covered. She's behaving like her usual self though and her weight is steady. This fleece was clean on last night and I've only spotted these skid marks now I've lifted up the hideys.

Is there anything I can give to soothe her stomach? I withheld veg yesterday due to soft stools and they were all looking fine again this morning. Nothing has changed in their diet.

Full liquid diarrhoea is an emergency due to the risk of dehydration.
This doesn’t look like full liquid though…or maybe it was and it has dried?
If it is and you are worried, then do call the vet this evening.

Keep her off veg, give a probiotic if you’ve got it (daily weight checks, syringe feed if needed) and see a vet tomorrow (if you don’t go tonight).

I hope she is ok

Thanks! It's not full liquid, but it's pretty wet. I'm actually taking Daisy to the vet tomorrow for an ultrasound, so I guess I could send Luna along as her companion and ask them to check her while she's there too. I don't have a probiotic, but do have Critical Care and am about to give her a quick bath as she's rather covered.
