Detergent Recommendations?

Just ordered my fleece liners and it suddenly occurred to me that my family is a strict user of detergent and conditioner 2in1 products. I'm pretty sure that conditioner causes the fleece not to allow the urine to pass through. So what does everyone here use, I was thinking of getting some antibacterial dettol cleanser but that seems to need to be used with normal detergent.

I just use fairy non bio but no conditioner and put it on a very hot wash.

I just use a sensitive non-bio supermarket own detergent (sensitive because my husband and daughter have eczema), and a hot wash.
I had looked into using dettol but I think I read somewhere that not all the ingredients are piggy friendly so decided to stick to my normal detergent and hot wash.
And yes, dont use conditioner it stops the fleece from wicking

I just use the cheapest non bio detergent my supermarket has for my fleece items and put it on a 60 degree wash. No conditioner.
