Dental Dental issues

Hello all. My daughters Guinea pig Melv stopped eating about 4 weeks ago. Was soon at the vets and an oral ulcer diagnosed following EUA. He’s got 2 types of abx, multiple analgesia but still not eating she is syringe feeding him
hes lost about 15% of his body weight so far
he has had another EUA and teeth clipped but ulcer not fully healed. Any suggestions or advice welcome so we can try n save this like boy.

Could you take your piggy to see Simon or Kim Maddock at the Cat and Rabbit Care Clinic in Northampton? They are the best vets for anything dental x
