dandruff? mites? lice? help!

My guinea pig Cocoa is about 11 months old. Recently, I’ve been noticing a dandruff like substance on his butt. I’m not sure if it’s mites or lice or if it’s something else. Does anyone know (if it is mites) how I can treat it at home? The vet isn’t really an option right now because of COVID-19, but we can go if absolutely necessary. Thank you!

We don’t recommend home treatment so the best thing is to get him to a vet. You can try emailing a photo and then following up with a phone call. Then if they want to see piggy they can let you know. Whereabouts are you located?
