Try and see whether a) cystease is still available from veterinary providers (google) or b) whether cystophan or similar cat bladder supplement capsules are still available?
C) At the worst, human glucosamine tablets will do the trick although they are not tasting half as nice and you will have to do some grinding up and working out how many mls of water you need to mix the tablets with to get a comparable solution. But it can be done this way.

Just checked places I used to buy it. vetuk and viovet, out of stock at both. Ebay the cheapest is £63 ! Looks like Pets at Home still have some for click and collect, (they don't deliver) their Cystophan is out of stock.
Good luck I hope you can find some.
