Oh bless that looks very sore did you see the fight? What age are your boys and is it just the two of them together? Is he eating ok? 💙

Yes he’s eating so grateful and no I didn’t see them fight and I have 4 boys there all different ages but 2 of them are only a few months and the rest are years old

I'm sorry to hear that.
If you mean they are all in the same cage then sadly keeping four boys together usually fails and ends with fights. They find it very hard to form a hierarchy for the long term. To attempt it they need a huge amount of space a - cage is at least 4 metres by 1 metre but even then that won’t make it work.

Whether they are in a quartet or whether they are just a pair, Now a fight has occurred, please immediately and permanently separate them. They can never live together now this has happened as it proves they can’t find a functioning relationship.
They will need to live in separate but side by side cages.

Please have the wounds seen by a vet - he is likely to need painkillers and the wound will need to be kept clean or even have antibiotics administered

I’m sorry your piggy has had a fight. Years ago I was told incorrectly that you could keep 4 boys together and they all fell out so I had to have four separate cages!

Keep them as two pairs before all the bonds fail. Good luck at the vets. That looks very sore bless him.

Edit - we posted at the same time.
