My friend went down pets at home for me yesterday to adopt 2 lovely 1 year old girls who had been brought to pets at home as their owner couldn't look after them anymore.I'm currently trying a bonding session to see how they get on.So far there's been a bit of teeth chattering and raised fur but they're doing ok so far.Fingers crossed it works out.The 2 new ones are called poppy and snowy but I don't think the names suit them lol.Any name suggestions would be appreciated. The 2 new girls are in the second photo x

Give them time; teeth chattering at first is not unusual. I generally give new piggies more time next to my existing piggies to get to know each other through the bars for this reason - it helps to destress the newbies when they have a chance to get their bearings in the new home.

All the best! You might want to find names that fit in with your existing name scheme and also wait until you knw their personalities a bit better to know whether a new name feels right for the piggy in question. ;)

Beauties  How is it going? Good still?

I've not long moved them to a disinfected clean cage.Theres been no fighting etc but the 2 newbies are hiding bless them so don't know whether I should've waited a few days before I did the introductions.

Just give them time to sort themselves out. You may get more dominance once the newbies settle in and come into their own.
