Cucumber leaves and flowers?

i grow my own cucumber, and i know they can eat the cucumber, but can they eat the leaf and flower parts too or not?
 
yeah mine like the cucumber, they get lots in summer when its hot..i just thought id ask it seems a shame to just pick the cue's and leave the flowers and stalks..i'll have a read and see if the tortoises can eat them lol
