Crusty, scaby lost fur under neck on 8mths old piggie

Hi can't get to the vets till Monday can anyone tell me if this could be mange mites or fungal infection and what can I do to help treat it at home have given all piggies (4) a bath with mite shampoo and clean the area with salt water, also got mite drops to put on them tomorrow is there any thing else I could do, the other pig keeps trying to clean it. Any help will be most grateful.

Please do not home treat or put anything on it or the other piggies. The issue is you don’t know what’s wrong and so could make things worse by mistreating. You also remove evidence/markers that can help the vet figure out what it is.

Your photo is unfortunately blurred. In any case a vet is your best bet. Hopefully you can your piggy seen on Monday.
