Crusty scab type around boy's (adult) bum (anus)

Hi and welcome

Please see a vet as soon as possible; this looks rather nasty and sore. It needs a careful hands-on examination in case there is an injury, something stuck (potential semen rod) and/or an infection in the penis shaft.

How old is your boy? The testicles descend around 4-6 months of age but their size can vary massively. Any larger discrepancies in size or shape between them should be checked. Yours looks like the testicles have not yet descended.
