I just picked up my pet in order to do some cage cleaning and she has this on her nipples
I looked into it to see if she had ovarian cysts. I think it’s important for you to know that she is in a cage directly next to a male guinea pig. I often hear them rumble strutting and they have always done that and it seemed to give them some good social interaction, since I adopted them at a bad time and can’t afford to buy them same sex partners. She doesn’t have patches of skin with no fur, nor does she have a decreased appetite. She also seems to have no lumps on her stomach. I know that ovarian cysts can be survived, and it’s not an urgent issue, so I’d really appreciate if you guys could help me figure out what’s going on, and if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks!
PS ... I should clean it off her nips right? I haven’t done it yet because I’m not sure how. Any pointers?
