Hi

That looks like dried clear tear fluid. It means that there has been an irritation in the eye, which has been washed out.
You can learn more about the different eye fluids and crusts and what they mean here:
Guinea pig body quirks - What is normal and what not?

Please see a vet if your boy keeps squinting regularly, keeps watering, has an indrawn eye (pain) or if an ulcer develops (grey/blueish gunk on the eye surface) because any combination of these symptoms indicates an eye injury of some sort.

:agr: That doesn’t look like anything to worry about unless it continues or worsens. Occasionally I will see this in one eye of one of my piggies and it usually means they’ve had a bit of an irritation that has cleared. But the eye in your photos looks clear, fully open, no sign of a hay poke or infection. But it’s always good to be vigilant.
