Guinea pigs with a very narrow face can look like their eyes are not aligned - but then that is not required anyway as guinea pig eyes cover the sides, the above and reach much further back that human eyes. The front segment is not covered by sight but touch (whiskers) and smell (nose).
Unlike predators, prey animals do not need coordinated frontal eyesight for depth perception; they need to be able to see sharply close up and to cover a wide range to discover any movement from further away that could be a predator.

Guinea pig eyes have a normal range from light pink to dark pink to brown and dark with reddish highlights; in flahslight some eyes can be deep red. There are no albinos, even white piggies with ruby eyes are a normal healthy breed; you can find the same eye colour with other coat colours.
