Is it two votes in total i.e one vote in semi final vote 1, and one vote in semi final vote
or
Is it two votes in each separate vote. ie. two in final vote 1 and a further two votes in semi final vote 2

you get 2 votes in each of the semi final rounds ie 2 in round 1 and 2 in round 2. 4 votes in total.
