Hi there! I dropped my piggie earlier this morning. It was about 3 to 4 feet drop onto our hardwood floor. He is pretty much himself except he has been making a gurgling sound when he breathes. I wonder if it is the same as the crackling sound you mentioned! I was wondering how long it took for Gem's crackling sound to go away. Since this just happened we are gonna wait a little bit to see if he improves. Any advice?

Please take your piggy to the vet as there could be unseen injuries that they have suffered. I will tag one of the moderators so they can make a new thread for your piggy's injury. @sport_billy

:agr:
Please don’t wait at all - any fall particularly one from such a height is urgent due to the risk of internal injuries . Please see a vet ASAP.
I hope your piggy is ok

Please have your little piggie vet check as there could be internal injuries, hope he is ok 🤞

:agr:An urgent vet visit is necessary. Please let us know what the vet says.
