Do NOT worry this is perfectly normal but rare. It means normally that the piggie
is very happy and overjoyed with something you've done. You must be an amazing
mommy to this piggie if he chirped. Beautiful pig aswell.
I've only got to listen to a 5 second chirp from my beautiful Bubbles who I lost.
I cherish every chirp I hear!
Chirping is quite rare, we have had two chirpers in the past, an Errie sound! Don't be concerned no body fully knows why they do it. But it is not a stress thing. Count yourself fortunate to have heard it. She is gorgeous by the way
My boys have never chirped, but I too have read that nobody really knows why they do it or its meaning. Crackers is lovely! And @Piggly that video is amazing! The longest loudest chirping I've ever heard on video.
oh my god I've heard Dudley do this before, I panicked thinking there was something wrong and he was having trouble wheeling, thankyou for posting the video :-)
Of my 17 pigs I have had in total only one has every chirped and she has only done it 3 times to my knowledge. I think it is a fantastic thing! the last time she did it was shortly after she got her latest friends. Her husboar had died and she had been on her own for a good few months whilst I grieved. a short time after she had settled in with her new friends two girlies she started chirping. I took that to mean thanks mummy for my new friends! she had done it twice before but I cannot remember why!
