Could Luigi and dave be re-introduced?

Do you think it would be possible for Big Dave and Luigi to be re-introduced when Luigi's wound has healed? I would like them to be able to live together

Was the wound caused by them fighting? If so then the general advice is to keep them separated - could they not live side by side so that they can still see/hear/smell one another?

Why not have their cages next to each other and see how they react? They may get used to one another that way.
