One of my guineapigs was eating and he drank some water
After that he is coughing very loudly and breathing very rapidly . Is that something bad ?

Hi

You boy has just got a bit of water going down the wrong way towards the lungs. Like with humans, coughing is the normal natural reflex to expel anything that doesn't belong there.

No harm done and it is usually a one-off. :tu:
 
But he is still breathing very fast . Hopefully he gets well soon . Ty

Give him a bit of time to settle down. He will hopefully settle down. If not something could be still stuck.
