So, I've recently been sick, and while I don't know what it is, I have had a horrible throat / cough and high fever. I have been saying in my room the past two days (as to not spread it to the other people in the house) which is also where my guinea pig is. I noticed that he has coughed about 3 times in one hour. after doing some research I carefully checked if he may have a runny nose (which he doesn't) and looking to see if it may be bc he was eating too drinking fast, but that doesn't seem to be it.
Should I be worried that he may have gotten sick from me ?

I'm sorry to hear you are unwell.
It is highly unlikely the piggies will catch anything from you, although practising good hygiene around your piggies is always recommended when you are unwell.
Coughing in piggies is most usually because of their narrow airways - a dust obstruction or eating too fast.
The symptoms of respiratory viruses in humans are not the same order as bacterial illnesses in piggies.

However, should you become concerned about your piggies such as them experiencing noisy breathy or a crackly chest (which can be a sign of a respiratory illness in piggies), weight loss at their weekly weight
checks, or any other concerning symptoms, then do see a vet.

Contagion - Inter-species transmission and pet care during owner illness/pregnancy (incl. Covid)

Thanks ! I'll be sure to look out for those extra signs. 👍
