Coroplast Alternative?

I'm going to be making a 3 x 4(or 5) C&C cage for my two piggies, I made one out of coroplast a few months ago but I'm not liking the coroplast. And I don't want to spend $150 on a hurricane sheet like piggiepigpigs has on youtube. Is there anything in between that would work?

I am using cheap lino offcuts from a carpet shop for my big pens on the floor.

Plastic shower curtain, plastic table cloth, tarp, vinyl flooring from Home Depot or Lowes.

Can I ask why you don't like coroplast?

The coroplast that I get from Home depot is kind of small, and the cage I built was an odd shape so I had to cut it into separate pieces and that didn't work out because when I taped it together it wasn't as sturdy and nice looking as I would like, so I'm either looking for something more sturdy or just something to protect my floor.

Look for this store. They are plastic warehouse. They have location all over the US. They usually sell 4x8 ft sheet of coro for $10 - $20.
It's big enough for your cage, and would be much more sturdy than other options.

Call before you go. I think they are only open during business hours. Different location has different prices.

Also look for sign stores in your area. They should be able to sell you a 4x8 ft sheet of coro.
