Ours make a cooing noise and it seems to be when they are happy, my 4 year old sits in front of the cage copying them and they do it back to him, he thinks it's great and it looks really sweet :smitten:
mine make cooing noises too! it's well cute and seems to be when i'm cuddling them or they're really happy! so yeah, i think it's a sort of happy/cosy/contented noise!
