Not in the forseeable future due to lack of funds but how much approximately would it be for a full set up? (We don't have a Costco as I have heard that name being mentioned). At the mo I have a 2x4ft cage but with all their things in, it really doesn't look that big. :(

I am looking to give it 2 floors so will need a ramp, I would also like to make a stand with it.

This is why I will be giving them the full conservatory for exercise as I don't think they are getting much at the moment. :(

Is it better and is it easy to do? Where do I get the things from?

Ive just made a c&c cage (well my dad has :)) )

Ive got the same size cage as you (nero 4) and thought that my boys needed more room. I bought 3 boxes from costco, i know this isnt a option for you but I'm just giving an idea on how many boxes you may need. From the 3 boxes we made a 4x2 cage with a hay loft which is 4 grids in total and we made a stand and we have 6 grids left.
I bought a huge piece of correx 4ft by 8ft and a off cut which was nearly the same size as the 4ft 8ft piece for £19 from a local sign maker. I still have a large piece left of the correx which i shall keep just incase i fancy a change.
I also bought some all weather tape as i couldn't get duct tape for £1.19 in Wilkinson's. You will need some zip ties as there isnt enough connectors but you can get them cheap. Luckily my dad uses them anyway so he had some.

So in total i payed £45 for their new cage which is massive compared to the nero 4.
You can get cheap correx from a link in housing which has a discount code too and the grids are for sale on eBay or maybe someone could send you some who shops in costco?

Link for correx.

I'm really pleased with it and i would definalty recommend one, the boys arent in it yet as the hay loft isnt complete but it should be done by tomorrow.

It was easy to make as me and my mum done a trial here is my link, just so you can see what it looks like just as a frame. http://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=43615

My dad done the cutting of the correx and the zip ties and made sure it was all secure. But I'm sure you and your partner would be able to do it. :)

Hope this helps.

Wow thank you very much! My BF is a sign maker so correx will be coming out of my ears! Didn't realise that is what was used!

Really hope I can get it all sorted! I can use their cage they have now for when I am cleaning the other. :)

Oh thats good for you to have free correx, so it will be cheaper than buying a bigger pet shop made cage as all you need is the grids now. :))

I'm also keeping my nero 4 for when the pigs stay with my brother when I'm away as the c&c is far to big to take apart just for a weekend.

Hiya :)) I've just bumped the thread about my c&c cage, I think on the 2nd page it has the complete breakdown of the whole set up - it's quite a lot of money but I've included everything. If you can get free correx you'll probably only need 2 boxes of cubes for £20 from Ebay.
