After a lot of fighting and drama, we've had to separate two of our boars and I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice on linking two outdoor hutches so that they can still see each other and hang out, but can't try to murder each other again! There's loads of advice for doing it with inside cages, but unfortunately that's not something we can do :(
My thinking so far as is to replace the side panels of two hutches with mesh and snug them up against each other so they're right next door, just wondering if anyone's either done this successfully or has any other ideas that have worked for them in the past!

I haven’t personally had to join two hutches together (I had to split one once when we had a issue with two girls) but I think what you suggest sounds like the best way to join two hutches if that’s what you need to do.

Or cut a hole in the sides of each hutch and put wire mesh over each hutch. Will save removing the entire side and will keep the strength of the hutch.
