Rosie has picked up Conjunctivitis, again she’s had a watering eye for about a week now, I’ve been bathing it with a saline solution. When I got her out to bathe her eye tonight she has got a white discharge. Is it just one of those things or a specific trigger causing this, it’s about the 2nd time she’s had it. Is there something l can get off, the net to treat it.

Are you sure she hasn't poked her eye at all? Conjunctivitis can come secondary.

No you can't blindly get something off the net you need to go to the vet

Please do see a vet. My late Enoch suffered with conjunctivitis quite regular as he had a torn conjunctiva from a previous injury before coming to me. He always had to have antibiotic eye drops prescribed by a vet. You also need to make sure that it is conjunctivitis causing the discharge and not something else

My mocha just had conjunctivitis. I was given one dose of eyedrops which did not work.
I was given a 2nd dose ofa different eye drop and that worked!

Neither were over the counter and were perscribed by my exotic vet. I forget the names as they were quite long. I have an image posted on my boys thread if you would like to view the names of what I was perscribed.

I am in the US so I am not sure if what I was perscribed is available in your area. Best of luck!
