hi again!

is it okay for your guinea pigs ear to be cold? one of my guinea pigs have no fur on their ears so they can get really cold and I'm worried if this isnt good for her. is their a way to help warm them up?

Do your piggies live inside or outside?

If outside, what warming measures do you have on and in the hutch ie snugglesafe heatpads, thermal and waterproof covers, plus blankets or old carpet etc on the hutch, loads of hay etc
Do you have a thermometer to know what temperature they are being exposed to? Piggies ideally need to be kept above 15 degrees

they live outside :) we have 2 heat pads we heat up at night since it is not as cold in the day and we have a thermal cover over it at all times. we also put another cover over at night because we dont want any animals getting in. we have lots of hay in there too so they can snuggle down.

If they are getting cold and the hutch isn’t staying close or above 15 degrees, then it may be you need more heatpads and hutch covers.
