Hey everyone, I noticed yesterday that one of my boys Fred had some poops with a little tail, and then today when I woke up he had done a few poos like the pictures I’ve attached, clumpy-looking. Most of his poos are normal, maybe a bit smaller than usual (second picture). I have a vet appointment on Monday but I’m completely freaking out and wondering if this warrants an ER visit before Monday. As far as I can tell he’s behaving rather normally, he does seem a little more tired. We had an (unrelated and promptly resolved) ER visit on Thursday night, I don’t know if they’re connected but he did get pretty stressed while we were waiting for our turn. He’s off fresh veg as of thing morning, he is eating his pellets like normal. I do feel like he is pooping less than he normally does, though, which has me very concerned. What do I do? Do I wait until Monday or is it more urgent?

Please switch from weekly weight checks and instead weigh him each morning so you can monitor hay intake.
Step in with syringe feeding if necessary.

Check his anal sac and see is there is anything in there and whether he maybe has impaction.

It can wait until Monday unless you see any more severe signs of illness
