When I picked my guinea pig up this morning, I noticed that her eye was red and cloudy. I gave her some eye drops and she seems to be eating well, but it has not gone down and I am worried
It could be a hay poke injury. You’re best to take her to the vets who will put a special dye in the eye to look for debris and ulcers and prescribe the correct eye drops
Please have your piggy seen by a vet. Eyes are classed as emergencies and should be seen by a vet quickly. It does not need to be an exotic specialist given eye treatment is the same for all species.
Please also don’t administer any medications or drops yourself - you can easily do more harm than good - only a vet can check the eye properly using a dye as Claire has explained.
Could you also please remove your personal details from your location profile for your own safety. Your location just needs to be your country/state/region

Eye injuries can deteriorate very quickly and can be much more extensive than visible to the naked eye so please book her in at vet first thin tomorrow morning. Any blood in the eye is concerning. The cloudiness is ulceration (infection) and means that your piggy will need antibiotic eye drops; the strength of which depends on the extend of the damage and infection.
Eye treatment and medication is the same for all common pet species; any decent general vet should be able to deal with it. Please do not treat on spec.
