Please have your piggy seen by a vet, ideally today. Eyes are considered urgent.
If it has happened suddenly, then it could be a haypoke but only a vet can diagnose.
A cloudy eye can be either an ulcerating eye injury (greyish/bluish gunk on the surface) or it is an infection, a cataract or nuclear sclerosis inside the eye.
Eye injuries can deteriorate very quickly and should be seen promptly by a vet; the sooner treatment can happen, the easier and quicker recovery. The vet will check the eye with s special dye under UV light as the actual damage can be much more extensive than visible to the naked eye. Eye treatment and medication (i.e. antibiotic eye drops for infections) are the same for all species, so any general vet can treat an eye injury in guinea pigs; it is more important to have your piggy seen as quickly than to see a specialist.
