clicking noise

Hiya,
My 1 year old sow keeps making this clicking noise. she has made it for months now, and she also makes a noise when she eats that sounds exactly the same as when she is cleaning herself. She was diagnosed with a URI in february but it has not cleared this up. I just listened to her breathing and it is a bit wheezy but i think that’s because she just fought me for like 5 mins trying to cut her nails! and the clicking noise was also present. I only hear it when she’s eating or sitting with me sometimes. mostly eating. Is this normal?

I think so yes- moniter her to make sure she’s alright

It’s always best to have a vet check something like this out - only a vet listening to the chest can give you confidence that all really is well.
It may turn out to be nothing but it’s never worth leaving something like this unchecked.

okay thank you will try and get an appt otherwise my other sow has one on the 1st of april which i will bring her along. she had no other symptoms of uri- her eyes are bright and no discharge, no discharge from the nose either and she seems like herself.
