Junior Guinea Pig
Hi was just wondering how many times a day you quick clean your cages. I only poop scoop once a day or should I up it to twice? They are on fleece but have litter trays under their hay aswell.

My 4 piggys have half fleece bedding and half Fitch paper bedding along with hay trays lined with newspaper. I change the hay trays and poop pick twice a day, plus remove any obviously soiled areas of paper bedding. We do a full cage clean once a week.

I pick up poop as many times as 3 to 4 a day. My Finn and Lara are indoor piggies and their cages are centrally located in the house midst of living room, foyer, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. They like being in the center of everything so they can watch everything.
I pick up whenever I pass by so probably even more than 3 to 4 times a day.
