Cleaning wood blocks?

My neighbor just got rid of their Guinea pigs and gifted me with some Guinea pig enrichment items. Amongst those there were some of these you+me wood chews. I don’t know the health status of her Guinea pigs, so I was wondering if it is possible to “wash” these blocks. If that’s not possible, that’s okay, I’m just looking for ideas!

Hi, I'd just wash them with normal dish soap just like you would wash the dishes, rinse them very well, and let them dry completely. Piggies might end up ignoring them though, but you never know.

The packaging says that they are colored with vegetable based-dye. I also usually don’t use very highly colored things, but we’ll see!

I agree with soap and water and a good scrub, and then give a scrub with vinegar for good measure, and rinse thoroughly.
