Cleaning The Pee!

My piggie has these big plastic pipes he plays with, they act as tunnels & hiding places & he loves them. I wash them every 3 days or so, problem is he keeps peeing inside the pipes & before I get to clean them he licks his pee, with fresh pee I guess there is no problem but will he get sick licking his 2 day old dry pee?

All I can say is they own poops & that doesn't hurt so probably not

Why not try putting a towel or fleece material in the tunnel so it soaks up the pee and he can't lick or sit in it?

I'll try but he runs in & out of them so much I don't think anything would stay in

@Beans&Toast has a point, something absorbent? But I don't think it'll hurt him, my boys are always interested in their pee
