Cleaning the bottom of a indoor cage

Hi,
I have an indoor guinea pig cage and it's stained a little I wash it out with water how can I get Staines out without harming my guinea pigs

You could try vinegar!?

I use vinegar and a green scrubby sponge to get rid of stains then rinse the base and wipe some lemon juice over it to get rid of the vinegar smell.

It works even better if you heat the vinegar up first!

I use tesco cheapy white/distilled vinegar, within 15 mins they are as good as new! Then a thorough wipe down with a pet safe cage spray. x

Like everyone says vinegar is the best and lots of it! I bought a second hand cage that was very stained so left vinegar to soak in it over night then got scrubbing with hot water
