Choosing an inflatalbe..

My dad wont let me have a foam party in the backgarden because it will ruin the garden. wooh. i mean i no the house is sold, but it could be my last birthday part in england with my friends here he just doesnt understand how important this party is too me, i was planning on having a marquee, or an inflatalbe room with a foam machine inside blasting out all over me and around 30 guests, there are many parties around places, but with the amount of guests in will cost of fortune. i want a party where i can enjoy it like last year i had a bouncy castle but even that would ruin the precious garden i havent, well, i sort of have, been bragging about it, but its not just about being a fool, its just, i hate sleepovers, I'm too young for discos (and i hate them), I'm too old for bouncy castles, i cant afford everyone to go laser quest, get togethers isnt that speical, a foam party is fun! I'm so depressed.  :'(

ok, i decided to leave the foam thing, and go in another direction, BOUNCY CASTLES! (again)

Why will foam ruin the backyard? To clean up all you need is to spray the hose around right? That sucks nat :( Thats a great idea for a party! Sounds like fun...

My son is going to be six and this year i am giving him a pool party! know that will def ruin the grass ,
Have you sat down with your dad and explained how important this party is to you, don't get assy just say dad i really need to tell you how much this means to me.
sometime parents, trust me i am one just can't see beyond there noses when it comes to there kids feelings and emotional needs,

ie i really thought my son wanted a clown and he kept saying no, and i kept saying of course you do, antill he came and said very quietly whilst having a little tear he didn't want a clown, job sorted,

Try it and keep me posted.

Not exactly the same but in my last year of school i wanted to get every friend a braclet with there initial for my last christmas and it was expensive but i said to my mum look i have been through hell there and they are the ones that stood by me pleaes let me buy them and she did nad with this if it was my dad id make it seem like its his idea! if i was you id be like "Fine dad whatever ill just go get drunk" but then i can be a right b*t*h to my parents so best not do that. hehe hopes it goes ahead ok and if your moving soon why is the garden a problem seems strange to me :S

How about suggesting that you will sort out the garden after? Come to a compromise on it O0

Yep maybe you could promise to clean up? Maybe some mates could even help you clean up the day after? I'm sure they'd understand too ;)

Hmmm, I'm trying to work out how much foam you might use - perhaps he is worried the garden will get very wet and turn the grass into a sea of mud. Might be worth clarifying why he thinks it will ruin the garden.
 
They looks very costly to me - it depends tbh how much money your parents are willing to spend
 
Might kill off all the plants (including the grass) if you have foam.

The laser quest thing looks fantastic. I've been on a bouncy assault course and it was OK the first couple of times but got old quite quickly.
 
The inflatable laser quest looks great! if its expensive what if everyone pays for themselves? I'm sure they would understand because of the amount of people coming!

I take it you have plenty of space for the inflatable? Perhaps we should have one for the next birthday...

Yep, I was thinking that ;) If it costs too much maybe you could ask people to bring a little bit themselves?
 
I went horse riding for my last birthday which is $40 per person and i had 4 people so they all payed for themselves ;D
