Chocks got a new wooden house to sleep in
I got it for him a cupple of weeks back
I've noticed how having a new sleeping space has made him much happyer than he was before i got it
Its meant for a rabbit but it means he can sprawl out in it as thats where i put his hay so it makes him feel more at home with the space.
Since i got it for him he's been much more lively and more talkative too but i don't know how much of that is the new house and how much of it is him just talking away...

He was sleeping in a hay stack before i got him this new sleeping space so i think his sleep wasn't as good
He had one of those bendy log houses that are open at each end for a while but he never used it he use to sleep in the hay like i said but since i got him this new house his sleeps improved dramatically and what a difference its made to his behaviour.

Chock loves his new house
There was sevral houses to get but i thought the rabbit one would suit his needs best and he loves it so i'm glad that i've made the right choice

I think its important for pigs to have somewhere they can feel safe to sleep.

Its a rectangle shape with a roof that lifts off so its really easy for me to put the hay in there
It also has 2 windos carved in to it in the shape of love hearts with an artch way carved in the front at the left hand side
He uses the door to go in and comes out the windo on the side to where his food bowl is
I got it from pets at home and it cost 16 £ which i thought was a good buy...

I think I might have to get one of those for my piggies as it sounds like chock loves it so much X

How many piggies do you have?
If you have more than 2 and you have the space for more than 1 house then i suggest you get a cupple
It has 1 solid plank of wood for the roof that comes off really easally so its easy to put hay inside or take old hay out...

It sound like a really good house, I have 4 Guinea pigs and they live in 2 separate cages so I will buy 2 of the houses, they are good at sharing things with eachother X

Thats good they shair things...
Do you have bores and soes?

Chock gets very anxious if i have to remove it to do a spot clean under it
He's gotten very atatched to it in the short time he's had it...

If i'd known about these houses he would have had one right from the start of the time i had him...

My rabbits have those houses, they love them!
I'm going to paint mine soon, I need to order some pet safe paint though :)

Chock hardly eats hay outside his house anymore, he prefers to be in his house to eat which is fair enough...
