Chewing Rock Teeth Filer

I bought a chewing rock teeth filer. For 5dollars at the pet local store, and the bagie said everyday for 20minutes in cage
Can i leave it in there all day once a month?
They have plenty of wood products to chew on. Almost everything in there is wood.
Come to think about it now typing why id i buy it...

I have never heard of such a thing! Could you post a picture? If its just a sanitised rock I wouldn't see why not to give it a try but my guinea pigs would certainly have no interest in anything like that!

Looks like a normal rock but its not and its powdery.
Couldnt find one online camevfrom petsmart
