Chewing fur

Hi all,
I have two guinea pigs,one of them is nearly 8 and a bit weak on his feet. the other has ,since a couple of weeks ,the very annoying behaviour of chewing Oki's fur,which of course she doesn't like at all.
We give both pigs enough attention,but don't seem to be able to stop this .
Is there a possibility to put maybe something on oki's fur what put the other pig off doing this fur-chewing ?

I've heard they do this as a dominance tihng. I have 2 small sows who are still working out who the boss of the cage is, and Lilly keppy chewing Daisy's fur, just to prove that she is the boss.

How long have they been living together?
